Delete Your Prizely Account

Overview

This page explains how users of the Prizely mobile app can request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion directly inside the app, or by email if you no longer have access to the app. This process is also described in our Terms & Conditions.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to request deletion is directly from within Prizely:

Open the Prizely app and log in to your account.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Account Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Submitting this request starts the 14-day grace period described below — it does not delete your account immediately.

Menu labels above reflect the current version of the app. If a step doesn't match what you see, use the email option below instead.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion of your Prizely account by email instead:

Send an email to studiosvivapp@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Prizely account.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address or account ID associated with your Prizely account so we can locate it.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request, to prevent unauthorized deletion of your account. Once verified, we will initiate the deletion request on your behalf, starting the same 14-day grace period described below.

Request Account Deletion by Email

The 14-day grace period

Once your deletion request is submitted, your account enters a fourteen (14) day grace period. During this time, your account is not yet deleted, and you can cancel the request by signing back in and withdrawing it from Account Settings.

If you take no action, your account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymized once the 14-day period ends, except for information we're required or permitted to retain as described below.

Virtual Coins & Progress

Important: any accumulated virtual Coins, points, achievements, or level progress remaining when your account is permanently deleted will be permanently forfeited. Unused Coins or game progress cannot be recovered, transferred, or restored after the grace period expires.

Data that is deleted

Once the grace period ends, the following data is permanently removed or anonymized:

Your profile information (email address, account identifier, country, language, and time zone preferences).
Your login credentials and authentication data.
Virtual Coins balance and transaction history.
Game session history and mission progress.
Daily check-in and streak history.
In-app preferences and settings.

Data that is retained

Some technical information cannot be deleted immediately when required for security or legal reasons. This is strictly limited to:

Fraud-prevention and anti-cheat records — retained for up to 12 months after account deletion, where needed to prevent abuse, investigate bot activity, or maintain system integrity.
Legal compliance logs — retained for as long as applicable laws require, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized.

This retained data is stored securely and is never used for marketing or active app features after account deletion.
