1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Prizely complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use only one personal account unless expressly authorized.
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

3. Coins & Virtual Items

Prizely allows users to collect virtual "Coins", experience (XP), or points by participating in activities within the app, such as:

• Playing games and trivia challenges.
• Completing in-app offers or daily check-ins.
• Participating in leaderboards or events.

No Monetary Value: Coins and virtual items in Prizely are purely virtual game tokens. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed or converted into real money, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset virtual balances, point systems, or coin reward rates at any time without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Offers & Services

Some activities or offer walls may be provided by independent third-party partners.

These third-party partners independently determine:

• Offer availability and eligibility.
• Task verification and completion rules.
• Rewarding of in-app Coins.

Prizely does not control third-party decisions and is not responsible for external services or third-party offer validation.

5. Fair Play & Abuse Prevention

To protect the community and app stability, Prizely actively monitors suspicious or unfair behavior.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to farm Coins or manipulate balances.
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or location-spoofing tools.
• Automated scripts, bots, macros, or cheats.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical flaws.
• Impersonating another user or staff member.

We reserve the right to audit accounts and remove Coins obtained through unauthorized or unfair means.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

In the event of account suspension or termination:

• Your access to the Service will be blocked.
• All accumulated Coins, points, and progress will be permanently forfeited.

7. Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the Service.

Once your deletion request is submitted, your account will enter a fourteen (14) day grace period during which you may cancel the request by logging in.

After the grace period expires, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any remaining Coins or virtual items in your account balance will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or restored after deletion.

8. Availability of the Service

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily offline for:

• Scheduled maintenance or server updates.
• Technical failures or provider outages.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, logos, designs, graphics, and trademarks within Prizely are the property of Prizely or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizely disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of virtual Coins, points, or data arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prizely, its team, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to the Service

We may change, update, or discontinue features, games, Coin earning mechanics, or app content at any time without prior notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
